Mahindra Finance - Collection Strategy Role

- Lead the pan India debt recovery and minimize delinquencies by implementing data-driven strategies, fostering team development, and leveraging available technologies.

- Significantly boost revenue streams and contribute directly to the profitability and financial health of the region.

Job Responsibilities:

- Focus on OCC, SBC review continuously to make it zero ageing 100%, Digital payment focus 80%+,.

- Collection discipline like MOM, PTP review,.

- Ensure maximum release from the NPA pool as per the business requirement.

- Monitor Pan India Collection.

- Coordinate & communicate with regional teams for tracking the new initiatives and collect the relevant data/reports.

- Collection Dashboards NPA, Collection Efficiency, & Mode of Payments (and Other reports as and when required).

- Ensure minimum forward flow from the buckets.

- Ensure that all collections agencies are fully compliant with RBI guidelines and banks collections policy & Code of Conduct.

- Ensure all Collection Agents are sufficiently trained & compliant on Banks Code of Conduct.

- Ensure adherence to the set process and audit requirements of the Bank.

- Ensure that the assigned collections agencies have sufficient manpower to handle the delinquent accounts.

- Ensure the Collection Agencies gets timely payment for their service.

Qualification & Experience Required:

Graduate + Postgraduate/MBA with 6-8 years in Collection & Recoveries.
