Job Description :

Job Brief:

Mahindra Finance - Digifinco team is hiring for a Business Analyst who will be the vital link between

- The partnerships team and the other divisions of the company.

- A key member of the team, liaising with external partners

Role Objective:

The key role will be to help achieve business objectives by

- Supporting and ensuring the successful completion of partnership negotiations, end to end integration.

- Analysis of the Tech/Start Up and OEM ecosystem for identification of new opportunities

- Assist the team in building multi billion dollar partnerships with counterparts for financial products & distribution

This role has a high potential for rapid advancement in the company.

Key requirements of the role:

- Define objectives and key results (OKRs) for new and ongoing projects

- Define reporting and alerting requirements for (OKRs)

- Own and develop relationships with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration

- Help design & automate documentation and processes using cutting edge productivity tools

- Analyse & communicate key insights on financial innovation to senior leadership, partners & product teams

- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the organisation

- Research new partnership opportunities and establish connections with relevant parties

- Assist in the development of business strategies by using data and statistical analysis

- Write articles about recent developments and technologies, to be published in internal and external forums

- Assist in ad-hoc market research and analysis of the Indian market

- Prepare, manage and own various documents related to strategic partnerships such as meeting minutes, legal and commercial documents

- Support the end-to-end process of on-boarding new partners by understanding their operational processes

Experience:

- 2-5 years of strategy in banking & financial services or start-ups/ high growth companies

- A degree in Technology/ Computer Science is a must

- An MBA/CA/CFA is a plus

- Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills

- Desire to learn about the Fintech/BFSI and the digital industry

- Good proficiency in Asana, Tableau, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant analytics/statistical packages

- Ability to work independently as well as with teams across the firm

- Superior problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills

- Willing to work in a highly demanding and result-oriented team environment

- Entrepreneurial and self-starter who enjoys the challenges and rewards of research work in a dynamic and changing environment
