Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Collections Manager located in Surat.

The Branch Collections Manager will be responsible for managing the branch's collection activities, including monitoring the repayment behavior of customers, coordinating with field collection agents, ensuring timely collection of dues, and resolving customer queries related to collections.

The role involves maintaining accurate records of collections, preparing reports, and implementing collection strategies to minimize delinquent accounts.

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of collection techniques and strategies

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Experience in managing a team and coordinating with field collection agents

- Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to collections

- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Detail-oriented and highly organized

- Proficient in using MS Office applications

- Bachelor's / masters degree in B.com
