Position - Dept.Head R&D

Reports To - Sr General Manager

Place of Posting - Nabha

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:-

- Process design for Automotives, Tractor seats & seat Mechanism i.e Recliner, Slider & forlding mechanisms. DFMEA & Tollerance stack up analysis etc.

- Responsible for new product development with customer interface.

- Fesibility study , APQP .

- Responsible for Product Design( 2D & 3D),

- Knowledge of fine blanking will be an added advantage.

Experience (years)- 12+ years

Industry Preferred- Automotive Industry

Qualification - BE Mechanical

- 3D Modelling , Knowledge of APQP , PPAP & DFMEA , GDNT.

- Good leader ship skills , Team player

- Knowledge of Manufacturing process i.e Sheet metal , Press tooling , welding fixtures is desirable.
