Mahindra Comviva - Product Management Role - Tech Banking

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Drive Product Vision and Direction

- Create independent product roadmap to target banking customers

- Develop core LMS enhancements, hands on development as well as delivery of regular features Comviva Internal

- Build additional components like LOS to create an end to end offering

- Build a flexible and customer profile led Lifecycle Management system for customers

- Interact with Business Analysts, Partner systems to finalize solution

- Coordinate with Testing team and partner systems to enable testing and delivery of developed features

- Manage the multiple installations and Version control across

- Work on all launches of the product

- Participate in release management

Skills:

- 6-8 years of experience in Banking domain or experience in other banking products like Flexcube or Finnacle

- Experience of at least 2 lifecycle implementations of Core banking platforms covering requirements gathering, UAT and implementation support

- Delivery experience or product development experience in Payments is preferred

- Demonstrated ability to use data to drive critical results

- Developing product documentation, user stories and other relevant material required

- Business rationale for enhancement and expansion of different product features and functionalities

- Experience in working in non-traditional financial services space
