Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the vision of building a competency based organization & drive specific competency acquisition through various channels including Learning initiatives & effectiveness measurement, IDP focused activities & digital courses
- Responsible for the Design & implementation of behavioral training initiatives in accordance to organizational requirements - across multiple levels - Individual Contributors, Leads, Managers & Leaders.
- Lead behavioral training effectiveness for all programs conducted across the globe
- Own the change management around propagating & increasing awareness of the Behavioral Competency Framework & establishing linkages to various HR processes like hiring, promotions, appraisals etc
- Design & publish key metrics which will clearly communicate the success criteria of the behavioral programs & competency up skilling across the organization
- Lead succession planning initiative for all critical roles in the organization, including identification of successors, coming up with Individual Development Plan for them, monitoring progress & role readiness through reviews & identifying engagement flags & mitigation plans
- Lead role readiness initiative across the organization focusing on ICs to people managers & people managers to function heads through IDP creation, progress monitoring & role readiness reporting
- Responsible for the leadership development initiative running across the organization focusing on critical leadership pipeline & ensuring readiness for apex leadership roles
- Liasoning with top international & national schools of excellence to identify programs for potential leaders & managers as part of such initiatives
- Lead the New Hire Engagement & ramp-up portfolio & implementing the integrated plan of 1 year engagement for lateral hires with initiatives such as Buddy Program, Mentorship program, Communication & connects & creating systems which remove roadblocks for effective assimilation Functional / Personal
- Prior relevant experience in handling Learning/Talent Management in a global set up - Should have expertise in evaluating content, vendors & to an extent delivery of behavioural programs
- Ability to engage with Senior Business leaders, managers and external partners
- Strong process orientation and detail orientation - Ability to analyse and interpret data, supported with proficient excel skills
