- This is one of the important and diverse roles in HR and is expected to help co-lead the people journey through Business HR function.
- The role is especially suited for young leaders who have shown early signs /abilities to take charge and drive change from people excellence and culture perspective.
- The incumbent is expected to build trust and partnership with business and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and will be required to operate in multiple matrix relationships, while maintaining direct accountability on the people agenda. The role is expected to evolve and expand steadily based on faster achievement of success criteria.

Key Expectations (Indicative & Evolving):
- Act as an HR domain consultant/business partner to enable business success - Understand people & culture practices/priorities & drive implementation by creating alignment with business leaders/managers and by creating reports/forums to discuss areas of concerns/opportunities - Work with business leaders on Key areas of productivity, pyramid and cost related areas; identify opportunities and drive associated change management
- Plan and Partner with business on multiple agendas related to Headcount planning, Attrition, Engagement, On ground pulse etc.
- Work with business towards building a business of tomorrow - Identify areas of automation and reduce manual efforts for Business HR team
- Focus on capability development and productivity through eminent world-class benchmarking, awareness and facilitation support
- Manage multiple stakeholders and help deliver synergy. Ensure Business and HR domain alignment with COE-HR Team
