Human Resource Business Partner
- Act as an HR domain consultant cum business partner to enable business success
- Understand people & culture practices/priorities & drive implementation by creating alignment with business leaders/managers and by creating reports/forums to discuss areas of concerns/opportunities
- Work with business leaders on Key areas productivity, pyramid and cost related areas; identify opportunities and drive associated change management
- Plan and Act with business on multiple agendas related to Manpower planning, Attrition, Engagement, On ground pulse etc
- Work with business towards building a business of tomorrow
- Identify areas of automation and reduce manual efforts for Business HR team
- Focus on capability development and productivity through eminent world-class benchmarking, awareness and facilitation support
- Manage multiple stakeholders and help deliver synergy. Ensure Business and HR domain alignment with COE-HR Team
