Job Description:
- Understand immediate and long term content need from the market / customer / end user
- Understand business strategy
- Develop short term and long term content development / acquisition strategy
- Develop internal team / partner network in the content space to meet short and long term content requirement
- Scan for acquisition opportunity in the market space as a part of content strategy
- Contract and business negotiations with partners
- Develop network in learning / education content space
- Developing and monitoring budgets for content development / acquisition
- Developing innovative content treatment strategy along with team and customers
- Defining process and templates for content development
- Ensuring content delivery as per timeline, budget and quality
- Managing, mentoring and motivating content team
Qualifications Required:
- Graduate with at least 4-5 yrs experience in content development (preferably of ID) during various employment
- Total exp between 15 yrs - 20 yrs
