Job Description:
- Scan the market place for relevant opportunities for the product line
- Have a competitor mapping in market space and evolve a strategy for selling solutions
- Develop deep understanding of customers, their needs, end user pain points and use relevant information in developing business development strategy
- Pitch solution to the customer
- Be the domain expert for customers and prospects to engage and seek advise
- Formulate Product marketing strategy and implement (Lead generation, conference presentations, product evangelization, sales training, sales collateral, funnel management etc)
- Working in concert with the Product Management, Product Development and Delivery management teams
- Feeding new product ideas, product modification suggestions into the Product Management teams
- Building close relationships with customers
- Achieving a Top line Year on Year growth target while aligning with gross margin and other business acquisition guidelines. Will carry targets linked compensation: order booking, revenue targets, new leads
- Build strategic partnerships with organisations for a deeper penetration
- Manage and motivate the sales team
Qualifications Required:
- BE, MBA from leading institute, with at least 10-15 years of experience
- At least 4-5 yrs of Marketing / Business Development experience
Skills Required:
- Demonstrated success in driving and achieving number targets
- Competencies and background related to selling solutions in HR space
- Ability to connect at CXO level along with various levels in HR team
- Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Mobile application development will be added advantage
