JOB DESCRIPTION:

- End to end ownership for driving Talent Acquisition and Resource Management function globally for a major VAS player with operations in over 30 countries. Responsible for defining the Talent Acquisition strategy which focuses on attracting, sourcing and hiring exceptional talent which will drive the future growth of the Company

- Defining the Talent Acquisition strategy based on business needs and working with the Senior Management and Business Leaders on creating their buy-in on the same

- Work with the Compensation and Business HR teams to forecast the probable skills and number of positions which have to be hired in the next 12 months of the year

- Proactive identification of the probable markets, companies, campuses, partners, etc. which will help the Company hire the required number of people

- Work on creating the partner network (consultants, portals, social media, campuses) which will support the hiring process across multiple skills and geographies

- Work with other SMEs and the Marketing team on the desired Employer Branding positioning

- Creation of a team of recruitment experts who will work on staffing of the positions in the Company

- Manage end to end routine operations, which will involve close interaction with line managers and Business HR team

- Understand the business requirements to create the right framework which will ensure on-time closure of positions

- Manage the Talent Acquisition SLAs of offering and on-boarding

- Identify the best mix of resources to source top talent – using research function, job boards, web searches, referrals and industry-specific sources.

- Work on candidate identification, evaluation, selection, offer to joining process and experience

- Close interaction with the industry to identify the best practices and implement the same for the Company

Functional

- Prior relevant experience in recruitment, working on different models/sources/partners

- Should have excellent Client handling and engagement skills

- Should have good MS Excel, data analysis and reporting skills

- Ability to engage with Senior Business leaders and managers Education and Experience

- Graduation, Preference will be given to those with a MBA degree

- 10 to 12 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition domain Personal

- Passion to win, make things happen

- Pleasant persona with good networking ability

- Strong strategic acumen coupled with execution capability

- Ability to understand numbers and good analytical skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- High degree of detail orientation

- Ability to work in a high pressure, ambiguous environment
