Position Product Consultant - Product Consulting Group

Reports To Product Head

Objective of the role We work in the Micro-lending space offering various credit products to the unbanked population. The Product consultant- PCG will be responsible for Driving market Entry strategies, Creating the relevant solutions for each opportunity, Provide Pre Sales support, Own the Bid management for few markets. The role will also additionally support in Product Marketing.

Skills - 6+ years product experience, preferably in any of the following: consumer loans, personal finance, Micro finance, emerging markets, Mobile Wallets, Research, Market Opportunity analysis, Crafting solutions and pitches for B2B clients

- Proficient with the latest methods of product discovery and development

- Develop Micro credit products across Retail and Merchant customer segments.

- Exposure to driving Market research

- Create Market entry Strategies

- Create Product Pitches and Product GTM for multiple markets

- Experience in using multiple Marketing & sales channels to drive business

- Ability to understand the B2B customer requirements and craft a solution fit for their needs.

- Ability to drive Projects and manage the internal and external teams in driving project deliverables

- Build Business models

- Demonstrated ability to use data to drive critical results

- Ability to design simple and intuitive user interfaces

- Business rationale for enhancement and expansion of different product features and functionalities

Roles and Responsibilities - Understanding of the Customers in each market, their needs and other information which will drive product creation and the lifecycles

- Research and Create Market entry strategies

- Build GTM plans along with sales team for each market.

- Develop a strong understanding of in-country context, user needs, and competitive landscape

- Create product solutions fit for each client.

- Responsible for successful launch of product in each country

- Support the Sales team in driving BD by creating propositions/Collaterals

- Support in pitching solutions to clients.

- Drive Product marketing as part of GTM implementation

- Managing Implementation of Projects by driving Internal and external stakeholders

- Work with the Clients in developing a GTM plan

- Perform UAT of the credit products

- Manage the Client relationship in Implementation Phase

- Track ongoing performance of Portals/Products/Customers

- Travel required
