JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To plan, strategize and direct the Sales and Marketing function at the holding company level, to ensure achievement of business goals across multiple verticals & geographies.
- Work as a business strategist to contribute in the expansion of the Mahima Group.
- Complete ownership of system / procedure / Control / Lead Change Management.
- Establish and operate as a profit center head.
- Prepare Sales budgets and approve budget expenditures, Formulate different sales and marketing strategies within the assigned budget
- Responsible for Sales and Marketing, Formulate appropriate marketing strategies for the ongoing and upcoming projects & Achieve targets set by the company.
- Lead and motivate the team of sales, Marketing and other support staff to increase sales, Conduct regular meeting with sales team to discuss target status, product training and sales strategy, Formulate, develop and implement leasing and marketing strategies of assigned properties
- Manage Investors, Channel sales and Broker network Acquire new channel partners
- Develop Franchising model for Investors/Brands for Commercial property with 100% success.
- Responsible for branding, ATL/BTL, Promotional activities
- Prepare rental budgets and cash flows as per business plans periodically.
- Lead Generation via website portals, SMS campaigns, mailers, newspaper inserts and other out of the box marketing techniques.
- Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new business development and brand strategy
- Update management on business process and operating plan and financial model and profitability
- Networking & Relationship with Brands seeking for expansion in Malls.
- Strategy & execution of transactions (sales/lease) for the Commercial real estate vertical.
- Approach the relevant personnel from the targeted list of brands/investors, brief them about the mall and provide the brand information sheet to them.
- Assure quality and organizational stability through development and implementation of standards controls, systems procedures and regular evaluation.
- Assure the filing of all legal and regulatory documents, monitor compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Plan, organize, develop, direct and drive resources to translate strategies into reality.
- Provide advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to the Executive Management Team to carry out major plans and procedures, consistent with established policies.
- Conduct a strategic review of performance on a regular basis to determine whether the company is meeting its short-and long-term objectives (increase in profits, increase in market share, return on investment, etc).
- Promote the companies direction and momentum, its business performance, the positive external impact (image), internal business climate, people and services.
