The position will work with Group Human Resources, FSS Diversity Council and business units across the FSS to deliver the Diversity and Inclusion strategy finalized for MMFSL  - Act as a liaison with other HR teams to work on the Diversity & Inclusion related activities working towards the periodic tracking such activities.  - Work on the Diversity & Inclusion Road-map which includes initiatives such as "Womentoring "Program, career and growth conversations with focused D&I Spectrum etc.  Campus Programmes - MTs, ETs, and GMCs  - The position will be responsible for end to end Implementation of Campus Connect Programme for Management Trainees, Executive Trainees and Graduate Management Cadets.  - He/she will become the one point contact for Campus Connect & GMC related activities  - Work towards managing Campus Relations with the campuses.  HR Brand Strategy  - Implement the HR Brand Strategy within and outside the organization among various stakeholders and drive various projects in that effect.  - Internal & External HR Branding :Responsible to drive the Employment Value Proposition within and outside the organization  - Building the employer brand through researching and applying for the right Award.   Talent Management  - The position will work towards end to end implementation of existing talent development process like Arjuna and Structured Key Interactive Program (SKIP)   - He/She will be part of creating and implementing new talent management initiatives   - To build and Implement robust HR Analytics such as working on leadership competency shifts and their effect on performance, Human Resources dashboards and reports.  Desired Candidate profile: MBA in Human Resources from Tier1 B School with 2 years of experience in HR Branding, Talent Management.
