- Magnon Group is hiring an experienced Client Servicing professional to join our dynamic team.

- If you have a proven track record of managing and nurturing relationships with B2B SaaS clients and driving client success from the agency side, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Act as the primary point of contact for B2B SaaS clients, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet client objectives while delivering exceptional service.

- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, tech, content) to execute client deliverables on time and within budget.

- Build long-term client relationships by understanding their business goals and offering value-added solutions.

- Monitor project progress, client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling agency services.

- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to clients, providing insights and actionable recommendations.

- Stay updated on SaaS industry trends and client-specific market developments to offer proactive advice.

Requirements:.

- 7-12 years of experience in client servicing/account management within the advertising, digital marketing, or agency sector.

- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS products, their markets, and the challenges clients face.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- A strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively.
