About the job:
- The Production and Influencer Strategy Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective production and influencer strategies to deliver high-quality advertising campaigns across various media channels.
- This role requires a deep understanding of production processes, project management, influencer marketing, and team collaboration to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Strategy:
- Production Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive production plans, timelines, and budgets for assigned projects.
- Project Management: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of production, including scheduling, resource allocation, and vendor management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams, account managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential production risks, ensuring contingency plans are in place.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage and track production expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets and identifying areas for cost optimization.
Influencer Strategy:
- Influencer Research and Selection: Identify and recommend relevant influencers for campaigns based on client objectives, target audience, and brand fit.
- Influencer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring successful collaborations and content creation.
- Influencer Content Strategy: Develop and implement influencer content strategies that align with client objectives and brand messaging.
- Influencer Campaign Management: Oversee and coordinate influencer campaigns, including content review, approval, and distribution.
- Influencer Performance Analysis: Track and analyze influencer campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in production management, influencer marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of successful project management and delivery
- Strong understanding of production processes, timelines, and budgets
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project
- Knowledge of influencer marketing platforms and tools, such as AspireIQ, HYPR, or Upfluence
