- Heading Logistics Dept. (Prod Planning, Material Planning, Warehouse & Import/Export).

- Analysis Sales Plan & Business Plan & ensure delivery accordingly.

- Ensure Production based on Sales Plan.

- Ensure procurement of parts based on Prod Plan.

- Knowledge of Warehouse Operation with more than 98% Stock Accuracy

- Experience in Import Export, Freight Forwarding, License Clouser & Liasioning with Customs, DGFT & Govt. Agencies.

- New Project, ECN Control & Last Buy Control of child parts.

- Inventory Control by releasing order as per stock std.

- Co-ordination of on time supplier payments.

- Implement changes with minimal obsolescence.

- Knowledge in area of WCM/Lean/TPS.

- Manage tool shifting activities with respective dept.

- Manage Local & Global MIS.

- Manpower Management

- Vendor Development & Improvement
