Work Mode: Work from office

Role: Sr. HR Manager who will drive HR initiatives across the 3 offices (Bangalore Hassan, Hyderabad)

In this role, your responsibilities shall be:

- Design the HR practices and come up with strategized plan & practices towards continuous process improvement

- Manage the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department including Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Reward and Recognition, as well as maintaining and improving HR systems and management of the HR budget.

- Partner with business to drive employee-centric initiatives focusing on improving the productivity

- Strategize and implement HR Programmes for performance management, people engagement, training and development, etc. to enhance employee growth and satisfaction

- Advise and strategize on the development of effective HR policies across the Company

- Dynamic in analysing the work culture with a mix of getting the pulse of the floor, frequent interaction with high potential employees and available reports

- Mentoring the leaders by identifying the individual strengths & development needs

- Develop & maintain effective relationships and manage retention of key talent

- Provide professional leadership, support and development to Support team & functions of HR by sharing best practice and to guiding in meeting the standards set

- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and standards

- Analyze data and report to the board and seniors using HR Metrics

- Lead the practices focusing on transforming and strengthening the organizational culture, ensuring that the Company values and approach are displayed

Desired Profile: Educational background from premier institute & at least 3 years of related experience
