Sr. Manager Business Development: Engineering Service.

- Achieving assigned revenue targets and to be the owner of NALA Engineering services Vertical and help us grow the Key accounts Quarter on Quarter with an additional responsibility of acquiring New Customer in NALA region.

- Build, enhance & sustain high level / strategic relationships with key customers and continuous efforts to move up the value chain in the Run Rate accounts

- Will participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand customer base in the Geospatial sector in NALA region.

- Will work with cross-functional teams for new business opportunities

- Build, enhance & sustain high level / strategic relationships with key customers.

- Strategize and work with other team members to close opportunities and to build and expand the ecosystem of Customers and Partners.

- CRM SFDC understanding for pipeline tracking & reporting

- MS Office proficiency

- Creating & updating account plan for Must have accounts (Key Accounts).

- Will be handling team of Business Development managers and lead generation

Minimum Skills required:

- Experience in managing BIM or Engineering services accounts, sales processes and revenue.

- Should have experience in managing end to end sales cycle.

- Basic understanding of BIM.

- 10-12 Years of experience in the engineering services domain.
