- The Commercial Lead/Manager is responsible to pursue new business opportunities for Company in accordance with the General Manager using a strong entrepreneurial spirit.


- The CL directly interfaces with potential/existing customers and ensures Company's interests are well represented at the customer.


- The CL monitors the pulse of the customer, is able to identify any problematic issues, and coordinates timely resolution while avoiding escalation where possible.


- The CL develops relationships with customers to provide leverage to promote Company's interests within the OEM.


- The CL is responsible that all aspects of securing new business are achieved utilizing, but not limited to, the following departments: Sales and Marketing, Engineering, Projects, Controlling, Purchasing, and Production.


- The CL is responsible to ensure that the Customer, People, and Investor goals are balanced and met.

- Work closely with the other Sales Manager and Business Development

- Prepare accurate and prompt cost calculations, ensuring the commercial success of the program.

- Lead/manage all cost related issues with current customers and negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and premises on quotations.

- Maintain written records of all agreements and unresolved issues with customers.

- Compile and complete project summaries and periodic reports to customers and to Company.

- Responsible for customer Purchase Orders (initiation, tracking, closure, issue resolution and payment).

- Attend all customer-relevant meetings both internal and external as and when required

- Support to Finance for preparing business plans and quarterly forecasts

- Present management on the current trend and volume forecasts from customer on quarterly basis

- Tracking of Raw Material rate indexing in accordance with market and purchase function

- Experience from Automobile and Auto ancillary industry is must.
