Job Accountabilities
- Full sales & orders responsibility for the Auto Lease business for North team handling sales & orders and drive region specific strategy to achieve business goals, with focus on high impact, strategic sales initiatives.
- Directly establish and manage key customer relationships
- Plan promotional activities including seminars, cross enterprise selling programs and road shows and build strong relationships with the “end users” along with the marketing team
- Responsible for building/recruiting Sales team and their performance through effective coaching, training and performance appraisals to achieve established sales and market share goals.
- Channel recruitment & development and to ensure growth of strategic partnerships so as to maximize profitability for the organization
- Effectively leverage key industry information and market knowledge to gain competitive advantage in the marketplace. Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, providing leadership and direction where there are crucial customer interfaces. Strengthen the external image of the business with luminaries and thought-leaders
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must be a MBA in Marketing/CA/Post Graduate
- Should possess minimum 7+ years of experience in reputed NBFC/Bank handling Business Development/ Relationship Management / Sales.
- Should possess a background in sales of Auto/Equipment Lease to Corporates /SMEs
- Should have demonstrated ability to evaluate structure and or monitor sales transactions.
- Good leadership skills & entrepreneurial skills.
- Good negotiation and influencing skills
- Effective Communication - Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulately express thoughts and ideas
