Team Lead Ops

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Assist and support smooth running of the day-to-day operations in the organization.

- Monitoring, measuring and improving operational performance of both internal and external service providers.

- Monitoring performance metrics defined across stakeholders.

- Interfacing with all sections within the operations department.

- Take charge of ops preparation of new projects.

- Responsible for smooth home delivery operations.

- All other duties as requested by the management.

- Debugging production and quality issues with relevant stakeholders.

Requirement :

- Minimum Qualification - Graduate/Engineering or equivalent.

- Candidate with at least 2 Years of working experience in the similar capacity.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in tools like Excel and SQL.

- Basic python (preferred but not mandatory).

- Analytical capability.

- Team handling.

Location : Gurgaon.
