Roles & Responsibility:

- P&L Management: Take ownership of the financial performance of assigned categories, driving revenue growth and optimizing costs to maximize profitability.

- Category Operations: Lead end-to-end category operations, including user acquisition, user retention, pricing strategies, and driving online promotions.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for assigned categories, considering market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.

- Analytics: Utilize strong analytical skills to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of category strategies.

Requirement:

Experience:

- 2-5 years of experience in managing P&L and leading online category operations, preferably in a B2C marketplace.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to make informed decisions.

- Creativity: A creative thinker who can generate innovative ideas to drive revenue while optimizing burn.

- Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
