Role: Associate/Senior Associate, Human Resources
About the Role :
The role will be primarily responsible for the delivery of HR support to employees, managers, and functional heads. We need a versatile, quick thinking, and high on the ownership team member to help support the execution of HR plans. The incumbent will be the first-line point-of-contact to support the delivery of HR solutions to assigned business units.
Key Focus Areas : Recruitment, HR Operations, Employee Experience
What the role entails :
- End to End Recruitment ownership and execution for assigned business units
- Drive Talent Management process
- Own the post-offer joining the experience of candidates and New Hire onboarding
- Assess employee pulse, anchor discussions with the business to provide insights for enhancing team experience and proactively identify issues and work with stakeholders for resolution
- Drive employee connections and team-building initiatives that instill energy and enthusiasm in the workplace
- Drive exit conversations, analysis, and interviews, and deploy retention strategies
- Influence and drive change through data, identify problem areas, and build effective data-driven solutions on HR matters
- Ensure the proper deployment and functioning of the HRMS
- Collaborate with IT/Admin, Finance, and other teams to solve queries and concerns
Must Haves :
- Prior experience of at least 3 - 5 years in a similar people/HR role (Startup exp a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Excel
