Position Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional and strategic sales leader. This position is ideal for a professional with extensive experience in hardcore sales, having advanced from entry-level roles to senior leadership. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies, optimizing processes, and driving growth, particularly in the e-commerce sector. The person will be responsible for leading regional sales efforts, focusing on acquiring and onboarding key partners, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership:

- Provide visionary leadership to the regional sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and achievement of revenue targets.

- Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth and enhance market presence.

- Oversee the execution of sales initiatives, ensuring effective execution and alignment with broader organizational goals.

Partner Acquisition & Onboarding:

- Identify, engage, and secure high-value partners within the e-commerce sector.

- Manage the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring seamless integration and successful collaboration.

- Build and sustain long-term, strategic relationships with partners to support mutual growth.

Process Optimization:

- Design and implement efficient sales processes and practices to streamline operations and improve productivity.

- Utilize data analytics to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous process enhancements.

eCommerce Expertise:

- Leverage deep knowledge of the eCommerce industry to inform strategic decisions and drive market expansion.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.

Team Management & Development:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and performance expectations.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to drive individual and team success.

Market & Competitive Analysis:

- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to adjust strategies and tactics.

- Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team on regional sales performance and market opportunities

P&L Management:

- Assume full P&L responsibility for the regional sales operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.

- Monitor and analyze financial metrics to ensure profitability and manage costs effectively.

- Implement strategies to drive revenue growth and optimize margin performance within the region.
