1. Proven experience with fashion - understands the pulse of a fashion brand and experience in managing CXOs from fashion brands/clients

2. Along with fashion, if the candidate has worked in digital sales roles - it would be a huge advantage

3. Ability to liaison and solutions with CXOs/ Brand Directors of fashion companies to sell Magicpin's unique ROI-based marketing solutions

4. MBA from top tier institute must

Fashion is scaling up fast at Magicpin - \we already work with Peter England, Fossil, Lifestyle, Max Fashions, Shoppers Stop, World of Titan, Fastrack etc., and need good salespeople who can scale the monetization from brands within these organizations

Roles & Responsibility:

1. Create a GTM strategy and build a predictable business with monetization from large brand partners

2. Map CXO stakeholders within target companies to drive revenue growth

3. Manage team to create a pipeline, aggressively pitch, and close new business by using a strong solution-based sales approach

4. Work with delivery, operations, and regional teams to achieve revenue and upsell to clients
