- Magicpin is a start-up by ex-IIT and ex-IIM graduates with extensive experience in top tier consulting firms, start-ups and marquee VC firms (http://magicpin.in/about-us/). We arebuilding a platform which enables local merchants to promote themselves and thus get discovered by their customers. It aims at the $500B+ Indian local retailmarket. It is re-imagining how local retail should happen in the mobile first world we all live in.

What will you do :

- You will be the face of magicpin and the friend, philosopher and guide to our merchant partners. Every day will be unique and interesting. The adrenalin rush of achieving targets, building and selling solutions and seeing hyper growth will make you feel at home!

Specifically, your day will involve managing a team which is responsible for :

- Scouting for leads ranging from restaurants, salon and fashion retailers, acquiring them as clients and servicing them over phone and email communication

- Maintaining relationships with clients, by providing holistic solutions

- Working in close coherence with the marketing team to best optimize results for clients

- Generating sales insights and suggesting product level changes

- Managing end-to-end sales process, including invoicing, collection, up-selling etc.

What we need in our sales superstars :

- 1-3 years of working experience

- SME/sales experience and F&B sales preferred

- Other sector candidates need not apply
