It envisions itself as creating a discovery platform for customers to find great places in their locality for the best shopping/service experience. Role Description

- Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term earnings objectives

- Perform sales activities on major accounts across key accounts (national brands) and build business case for why they should partner with magicpin

- Build long term relationships with key account and make magicpin their preferred partner for any marketing and sales campaign

- Setup sales processes, mentor/coach junior team members. Be a role model for others to lookup to.

Role requirements

- Excellent analytical skills and ability to think on the spot is necessary as you will have to innovate and come up with new ideas while building relationships with the key accounts

- Excellent networker, builds and maintains strong and lasting business relationships with colleagues, clients and possesses the ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues

- Should be able to build customized pitches and present to senior managements

- High patience levels and willing to persevere in face of odds and not give up

- Should be able to think of product use cases and present to both internal as well as external teams with confidence

Likely profiles

- MBA from tier 1 institutes with 2-4 years in sales is a must

- Experience of selling to retail/services (e.g. F&B, Fashion) is an added plus
