Key Responsibilities :

- Prepare and finalize financial statements like balance sheet, P&L, cash flow statement, etc

- Ownership of expense accounting- payment to vendors, employee reimbursements, salary payments, etc

- Invoice booking and payment for vendors & various monthly expenses

- Update day to day accounting entries in Tally and doing reconciliation on a regular basis

- Prepare monthly MIS reports

- Filing GST return- GSTR-1, GST 3B, etc

- Handle daily NEFT/RTGS/fund transfers

- Handle statutory compliance regarding filing various returns and timely compliance of depositing PF, ESIC, etc

- Monthly TDS reconciliation (salary, contractor, Rent, professional fees, etc), payment of TDS online & issue of TDS Certificates (Form 16 and 16A)

- Review of accounting policies, notes & other disclosures

- Manage team to ensure execution and delivery of work on time.

Knowledge and Skills :

- Should be a CA with minimum 3 years of experience (post qualification) in Finance profile

- Must have completed articleship from a renowned company

- Strong knowledge of accounting

- Should be an expert in Tally and MS Excel

- Should have knowledge of filing GST returns

- Knowledge of compliance and filing various returns (like TDS, PF, ESI etc)

- Should be process oriented and have strong work ethic

- High level of dedication with an ability to do multi-tasking

Salary offered: 8-10LPA
