Role brief:

It is the holy grail of business & marketing folks who want higher consideration, better conversions from their marketing initiatives. Content marketing / brand solutions is one of the most exciting opportunities emerging in the Indian Real-Estate space. With industry maturing post RERA, GST interventions and the entry of many corporate brands, it is imperative for Developer brands to reach out to potential buyers in a more engaging manner and drive differentiation for themselves. This is important in the context of challenges faced by them related to trust, credibility and a transactional narrative.
- As a category leader, we are the first brand to have recognized this and have taken a lead over competition by developing unique, high quality, customizable and credible content-led brand solutions - we aptly call it iEngage.
- Our Industry 1st initiatives of MBTV, Brand Store in Real Estate space have got very good response from both consumers & customers. MBTV in a short span of time has got more than 70k subscribers (all high real estate intent) with 65 million+ views of our videos. Developer brands have acknowledged the need for ROI delivering content and we have sold quite a few pack solutions already. Hence, now we plan to build this as an independent business vertical working with clients in providing customized brand solutions for their business needs.
- However, a brand solution requires ability to do concept selling at the topmost level with a developer brand (Proprietor / CEO) and hence warrants a specific approach. Therefore, this role is envisaged to tap on this emerging opportunity - develop the market, be able to identify/create sales/revenue opportunities, work on conceptual solutions for clients and build iEngage as a key revenue contributor.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales & the top-line growth of the vertical in their assigned market
- Client Management, planning, monetization and execution strategies
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from opportunity creation to closure
- Work closely with execution teams (Pre Sales, content, brand marketing) to deliver
- Working with Sales Head on sales strategy for revenue maximization including penetration, ATS (Average Ticket Size) and renewals
- Market insights to tap new opportunities in the field
- Liaise with Pre Sales to effectively communicate the product/performance to the customer to influence renewals /acquisitions
Requisites :
- Overall Experience of 8-9 years (M1) / 6-7 years (M2) in sales including proven experience of minimum 4-6 years in brand solutions/concept selling
- MBA from premier/tier 2 institute
- Solid knowledge of sales principles and concept/brand solutions
- Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Self-driven, Go-getter attitude
- Team player and a cross-functional coordination skill
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Prior selling experience in Real Estate category would be a plus
- Must have a commercial mindset and full comprehension of marketing and sales principles
