Roles and Responsibilities :

- Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems

- Creating business worthy insights from the data

- Excels in Data innovation

- Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis

- Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner

- Creating automated anomaly detection systems and constant tracking of its performance

- Churn plan and impact

- Contractibility target vendor wise

- Data conversion predictability

- Best time to call

- Creation of reports and Dashboards

Skill Set Required :

- Excellent understanding of data algorithms

- Skilled in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Data Analysis/ BI tools such as R,

- Experience with common data science/ BI toolkits, such as R, Jasper, tableau

- Great communication skills

- Good applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc.

- Data-oriented personality

- Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication.

- Good knowledge of the product and process.

- Ability to provide effective feedback and implement changes

- Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-functional interaction

- Proficient in converting the business requirements into detailed functional system requirements
