Currently the headquarters are located on the 3rd Floor of Tower B, Times Digital Centre in Film City, Sec 16 A, Noida. This office was recently designed and opened for Magicbricks.com, and is one of the most fun and unique places to work in.
Role Summary :
We're looking for a person who is strategic, visionary and has a proven track record of managing and leading 60+ outbound sales team.Strong result orientation, ability to absorb steep sales target. Solution-selling approach and ability to develop long-term relationships. Should be comfortable in an ambiguous, fast-paced, start-up kind of environment.

Purpose of the role :
Grow the Magicbricks footprint in Industry by playing a leading role in data management, measuring every area of business and influencing decision-making & actionable intelligence to deliver business value
Key Responsibilities :
Strategy and planning :
- Designing and implementing the layout for different processes for Data Support (verified Listings, Project Collections, ASI and HW, Broker Activation)
- Developing process design through analysis of information gathered during process evaluation
Driving results :
- Work and plan closely with multiple stakeholders to drive flawless execution of data management
- Delivering simple, scalable solutions to complex business challenges by way of augmenting impactful data to create business value
- Analyzing multiple data set to create offerings that drive Usage & Non-search activity.
- Prioritizing data collection based on consumers need for data consumption.
- Drive, engage and support own team in customer relationship management where the service has been deployed
- Collaborate with the team to develop, enhance the active partner eco-system [if significantly different based on product/service] and support its deployment in various locations
- Work together with the team and other departments within the organisation to identify any process improvements and improve standards and efficiency
- Adhering to the SLA's as per the set process
Opportunity Driven :
- Support expansion of new data sources
- Understanding industry trends and evaluating the same for practical application to business problems.
- Identifying the ways to improve entire data support process
- Reviewing the process and procedure time to time of own department
People management :
- Allocate work / responsibility amongst team
- Coach and assist in developing a strong second line
- Ensure goal setting and performance appraisal of team
- Provide functional guidance wherever needed
- Develop people related interventions/methods for retaining our employees
Learning :
- Regularly attend external seminars and conferences on related topics and send the team for the same
- Disseminate gathered knowledge among team members and have regular discussions over recent developments in the real estate industry and online classified portals.

Role Holder Requirements :
Educational Qualifications and Background :
MBA in Marketing and Sales
Preferably have experience of being Lead of Sales in online classified portals/ecommerce/real estate/insurance
Prior experience in product sales & B2b sales
Experience : Essential 10 to 16 years of experience
