In brief the organization is a leader in the property classifieds category, there is still a lot of innovation required to take the organization to the next level = 5 times growth in the next 3 years. The incumbent will join as part of the senior leadership team and will be expected to take the organization to this level. The category per say is growing very fast and we are growing much faster than the category.  The role majorly revolves around being the custodian of the brand - Magicbricks. Hands on responsibility of building the brand with all communication channels and deliver communication excellence for the brand along with agency partners.  Key Deliverables:  1. Ideate and execute the complete annual brand plan & communication strategy with supporting budgets, innovative ideas, brand messaging for multiple media.  2. Hands-on experience in media buying in TV, OOH, Radio and understanding of the media tools.  3. Undertake key consumer & market research with agencies  4. Providing integrated marketing ideas and campaign themes for the PR and Social media team that drives audience interest and maximizes brand awareness and engagement  5. Be responsible for results against brand plan and drive brand understanding and support throughout the organization  6. Developing a close relationship including appointment, coordination, negotiations and management of vendors/ partners for multiple marketing tasks.  7. Design & Implement ATL/BTL Campaigns as per business needs  8. Liaison with creative/Media agencies on a continuous basis for deliveries of the campaign.  9. Handle day to day marketing execution.  Desired Skills:  1. MBA in Sales / Marketing from premium campuses in India or abroad.  2. 10+years experience with minimum 6+ years in brand management  3. Proven capability of driving large scale marketing campaigns and new age marketing platforms  4. Preferred FMCG industry only  Location: Noida  Reporting Structure: Directly to CEO
