Job title: City Head - Pune

Experience Range: 12-15 years

Location: Pune

This person will be responsible for the complete region Pune and will manage a team of 25 Retail + 15 Enterprise.

Responsibilities & Duties :

- Retain/acquire new corporate & retail clients in the specified region/ market

- Achieve the sales/ revenue target from new clients

- Create/ maintain excellent relationships with clients and with the specified persons

- Able to tailor pitch the product according to their specifications

- Positively promote the company, its mission and core values

- Ensure timely collection of all revenue from clients

- Give regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales

- Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship

- Comply with the sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure business professionalism & integrity.

Desired Skills :

- Prior relevant experience in corporate sales & retail and must have excellent communication.

- Graduate/ MBA from reputed institute

- Aggressive with drive and high-energy levels who shows potential to convert sales & achieve targets.

- Should be extremely good in follow - ups.
