Key Responsibilities :
P & L Responsibility :
- P & L Responsibility of a sub vertical/ Growth business
- Assist in planning and strategizing the business to take it to next level.
- Driving scale/revenue/customer satisfaction aggressively. New Product Development, Sales Management, Operations & Service Delivery, Pricing, Online Conversions and strong Customer Satisfaction will be key areas of focus in this role.
- Evaluating the economic and strategic costs and benefits of projects, setting the right targets, leading the execution process from a top down approach and reviewing business performance periodically.
Product Management & Operations :
- Building product features, driving product to market which includes working with marketing, sales, business development, finance teams, and managing product delivery.
- Optimizing key revenue drivers, metrics for product, and ensuring improvement in P&L. Conducting user research, analyzing industry trends, competition to identify new opportunities.
- Liaised with business heads and cross-functional teams to formulate innovation engine, and identified scope of innovation across businesses.
- Defining SLA and operational process in place. Looking into Operational Excellence & Optimization - Pro-actively suggest measures to improve product support flows.
Marketing & Communications :
- Understanding of key digital platforms - Social, SEM/SEO, Website development, Digital Media Planning/Buying, Managing & Organizing Influencer/Blogger activities, AR/VR Solutions, Analytics/Reporting etc.
- Responsible for driving Revenue, Traffic, Engagement and ROI through above channels
