This person will be leading the Sales team and will be involved in day-to-day activities. He or she will be doing the complete team management as well as the individual sourcing.
The job description are as follows-
- Comprehensive and exhaustive understanding of the leadership roles and then managing and executing a portfolio of mandates.
- Extensive high-level interaction with stakeholders on understanding the accurate deliverables of the roles.
- Contribute to the overall organizational strategy and business-building goals.
- Communicate with stakeholders/Business Leaders /CXOs to get a clear view of their hiring needs and organizational goals Research into competitors and marketplace & Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
- Create a candidate persona for each open position through Map Role Criteria, Job Description & marketing mapping.
- Develop your own network within the industry with potential and existing candidates and gather market intelligence.
- Contribute to the overall firm strategy and business-building goals.
- Extensive high-level interaction with candidates.
- Must be very good in headhunting/candidate mapping and sourcing through unconventional sourcing methods like Professional / Social Media hiring etc.
What you bring to the table:
- MBA - HR is mandatory.
- 10 years plus of leadership recruiting experience with sound experience of working in consumer internet industry or executive search firm only.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
