About The Role :
- We're looking for a passionate, visionary, customer obsessed sales professional to manage our Tele sales Operations.
- You will own the prime tele sales operations & will be responsible for devising strategies to improve conversion & accomplish revenue target.
- To be successful in this role, you should have : Solid experience in outbound tele sales/inside sales, building processes, tech & product integrations, identifying and fixing process gaps & managing large Outbound teams.
What you'll do :
- Overall accountability for a span of 140-150 seats operations & accomplish targeted sales goals & relevant KPI's.
- Strategize & drive sales - work with internal & external teams to define & achieve targets.
- Coordinate with the HR team for hiring forecasting & resource planning to ensure optimal headcount planning.
- Manage process quality by coordinating with QAs & trainers to maximize productivity & achieve desired operational outcome.
- Design sales incentive strategies in line with business requirements & growth targets.
- Implement enabling technologies - CRM, campaigns & process automation.
- Work with internal product & tech team for optimal dialer & CRM effectiveness.
- Automate tracking mechanisms to ensure visibility of performance metrics at all levels.
- Coordinate training delivery to the sales teams to improve efficiency & output
- Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement. Inspect sales call process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
- View and revise SOPs for the TC team while getting timely reports on performance.
- Build a culture which includes performance reviews, coaching, counseling, and discipling employees.
About You :
- You have 8+ years of experience in managing tele sales/inside sales; experience in Insurance/real estate tele-sales is preferred.
- Hands on experience with dialer management - Data upload, lead ranking, funnel optimization & campaign management.
- You're passionate about developing target driven teams, streamlining processes & driving automation through Product and Technology.
- You have prior experience in working with sales tools such as Salesforce, Lead squared, Zendesk etc.
- You're an excellent communicator and a very strong leader.
- Fast-paced, high growth and ambiguous (at times) environment gives you an adrenaline rush.
