The Alliances and Partnerships Manager is responsible for identifying, establishing, and managing strategic partnerships and alliances that contribute to launching new products / services considering the business growth and success of the organization. This role requires a combination of business development, relationship management with internal & external stakeholders, and strategic planning skills and negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnership Identification:
- Identify potential partners that align with the organization's strategic objectives and goals.
- Evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and industry landscapes to identify partnership opportunities.
2. Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
3. Negotiation and Contracting:
- Lead negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
- Draft, review, and finalize partnership contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
4. Strategic Planning and Collaboration:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive alliance and partnership strategy.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align partnerships with business objectives.
5. Problem Resolution:
- Address any issues or conflicts that may arise in the course of partnerships.
- Work collaboratively with partners to find solutions and ensure a positive working relationship.
6. Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
- Prior experience of working in a bank or handling banking clients would be preferred.
