- Looking for LeadershipB2B Sales role with a total work experience we are looking at is 15 to 20 years.
- Should have handled a minimum team size of 500 -600 sales staff nationally.
- National Experience of handling entire Indian sales and being part of the leadership team in the current company, is absolute must.
- Strong B2B selling experience. Preferred industries where 'hard-sell' is the norm. Strong preference for candidates who have had experience in a tough market condition.
- The right balance of a person with a strong people/customer orientation with a strong sales strategy/business outlook. Must be able to motivate the troops and create a charged sales environment while also having a strong head on his shoulders that allows him to strategize & execute growth drivers.
- Should be capable of handling over 500crs of a high margin business (this is revenue and not GMV)
