Magicbricks- Head of Growth
As a Growth head, you will lead a team of growth product managers. This team will identify growth opportunities in existing/new products and execute them along with Product owners to scale products beyond the regular product roadmap. In the position, you will have the ability to quickly identify, Prioritize, and execute on opportunities that drive product growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify products which has opportunity for disproportionate growth
- Create set of growth hacks for products for these products
- Build a fast paced set up to experiment/iterate these growth plans
- Analyze each experiment carefully and scale successful ones to generate 10X growth for the product
- Stay appropriately networked to stay aware of Industry, technologies and market trends
- Create growth environment not only in the team but across Product team
- Work closely with multiple functions across organization to set up growth plans & execution
- Define & implement clear metrics for growth. And closely monitor these metrics and align growth plan with the metrics
- Drive growth via coordination between Marketing, Product, Tech and possibly Sales.
- Desired Qualifications & Behavioral Traits:
- Prior experience in Growth team with demonstrated success
- Analytical and problem solving mindset
- Experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing or BTL Activation
- Lateral thinking is must
- High on ownership and bias for action
- Ability to work in cross functional teams
- 8+ Years of experience
- B.Tech + MBA
- 2-3 years of Tech experience is useful.
