Role: Financial Controller

The candidate will require handling the controllership responsibility for the company that's growing rapidly and is ready for the next big leap.

Work:

The position will report to the CFO/Head of Finance and will be based out of Noida.

Candidate wiill be responsible for :

I) Core finance activities (Team)

- Month end, Quarter end and year end closing and reporting

- Balance Sheet consolidation and finalisation on bi-annual basis

- Cash flow forecasting and working capital management

- Tax compliances - Direct and Indirect. Income tax & service tax returns

- Credit and collection control

- Implementation of Financial processes, systems and controls

- Designing and institutionalizing an effective Internal Control system, Cost monitor and control mechanism

- Co-ordination with external and internal auditors.

- Set up Budgetary Control process

- Preparation of 5 year business plan for the business

- Overlooking treasury function - Best investments to choose getting better IRR

- Review of competition financials

- Review of sub-functions

- Accounts Payable

- Accounts Receivable

- GL

- FPnA

II) MnA and Fund raising (Individual contributor)

Mergers & Acquisitions (Individual)

- Review of target financials

- Cashflow and ROI decisions

- Build v/s buy strategy

Fundraising (Individual) :

- Prior experience on fundraise will be added advantage

Preparation of IPO (Individual) :

- Streamlining systems and processes for the readiness of IPO

- Have exposure in preparing and filing DRHP

III) System controls :

System control and implementation (Individual)

- Hands on knowledge of SAP, R/3

- Implementation of SAP modules is added advantage

IV) Others :

Latest developments (Individual)

- Knowledge of GST

- Ind AS conversion or Hands on experience of IFRS conversion

Other adhoc tasks (Individual) :

- Competition analysis

MUST requirements:

1. Total-experience - 10-14 years

2. Chartered Accountant with a quality experience at mid-sized / large organisations

3. Worked/ working on IPO in the current organisation in a similar role

Good to have: CS or Legal degree is added advantage.
