Role Summary:
1. Allocated Clients v/s Success Meets at Client Office for Campaign Health Check/Support & on the spot QRC resolution
2. C-SAT received v/s Allocated Clients %
3. +C-SAT v/s Total C-SATs received Trends
4. Expired Clients v/s Renewed Clients%
5. Expired Clients Revenue v/s Renewed Clients revenue%
6. Renewal Base Status breakup (Renewed/will renew/No Inventory left/Not satisfied with deliveries etc)
7. Clients v/s Site Visits done v/s Bookings identified
8. Clients identified who are coming up with New Projects or existing Projects (not on MB) where Upsell/Cross-sell opportunity identified
9. Competition Benchmarking - Identifying clients
10. More Insights like Highlighting Client planned FY Spends of specific Clients for Sales upsell/cross sell opportunity
11. Appreciation received from Clients - Success Stories
Job Specification:
1. Experience of more than 2.5 years.
2. Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream
3. Target Industry: Start-ups, Media, Ad agencies
4. 3 to 6 years exp in handling ad campaigns either from Sales or Service background
