About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build the Home Interiors Business from scratch and aim for a big-sized business in a 12 month window

2.Build and Run a business at scale

3. Build a solid performance led culture within the Ops team with focus on delivering transactions

4. Hire & Manage Sales Operations process

5. Innovate at fast pace to test various hypothesis and implement workable hypothesis at scale

Skillsets/ Qualification Required:

1. Should have managed & scaled Home Interiors business

2. Should have managed a sales and operations team

3. Should have had a solid experience managing a large operation

4. Preferably an MBA from Tier-1 Institute and has over 7- 12 years of work experience
