Job Description :

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

- Manage the interview process, including scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communication.

- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and hiring process details.

- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.

- Attend job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities to attract talent.

- Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.

- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations during the hiring process.
