Program and Strategy Manager

- Building new strategic partnerships in line with the company's short to long term strategic goals
- Periodical competitive benchmarking analysis to provide insights and market intelligence about the players operating in the similar markets.
- Reviewing and analysing the efficacy of business strategies, process, and workflows.
- Ability to think out of the box and have multidimensional approach in day-to-day work
- Worked directly under senior management on assignments in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, Network Expansion Planning, and Program Management.
- Market research, preparation of pitch documents, project financial modelling, cost-benefit analysis, and pricing strategy.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing & new clients and acting as SPOC for all the queries and communication.
- Keep track of and provide timely updates to senior management on various market developments, competitor activities, new policies, and regulations.
- Site surveys, preparation of techno-commercial proposals, and presentations to internal as well as external stakeholders up to the C-suite level.
- Other responsibilities include preparation of PR documents, finalising agreements, CPO dashboard design and improvements, and preparation of program dashboards. Technical Consulting
