Magenta EV Solutions - Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities:

- Drive the company's financial planning

- Evaluating lease proposals, vehicle loans and overall fleet financing decisions for cost optimization.

- Identifying the potential adjustments on the Earnings, Net debt, Working capital and Assets.

- Perform risk management by analysing the organisation's liabilities and investments

- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organisation's operations

- Providing leadership, direction and management to the Finance and accounting team.

- Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports

- Set up and oversee the company's finance system

- Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies

- Excellent relationship with the Banks, financial institutions, and Investors for using financial resources to achieve the company's general objectives, optimising performance by negotiating terms.

- Developing and administering key processes of periodic internal and statutory Audits through external Audit firms and Internal Audit committees.

Requirements and skills:

- Proven experience as CFO, Finance Officer or relevant role

- CA with relevant experience of 15+ years

- Proven experience in the Logistics Industry and/or Vehicle Financing Industry

- In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices

- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods

- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software

- Ability to strategize and solve problems

- Strong leadership and organisational skills

- Excellent communication and people skills
