We are looking for HR professionals with prior experience in Talent & Change Management for a multinational organization.
- Candidates with total work experience of 4-7 years in HR out of which at least 3-4 years core experience in Talent Management will be preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive Talent agenda for the organization
- Partner and support the talent review and succession planning exercise
- Lead the flagship leadership program for young professionals
- Play additional role of HR Business Partner for 100+ strong HR team spread across India, China and Philippines
