Maersk - Senior Team Leader - Accounts Payable - P2P - NAM Region

Areas of Responsibility:

- Ensuring process compliance with approved procedure & work manual documentation at the process level

- Work towards implementing best practices to ensure business needs are met efficiently and effectively.

- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate meeting of deliverables, support and continuous improvement initiatives.

- The candidate should be client facing and have an outlook to understand the Client business in quick time so as provide quick solution and process deliveries

- Employee motivation, satisfaction and retention. Building strong cohesive teams and defining career paths.

- Assist in addressing developmental needs of employees across the process.

- Do monthly meeting and target setting for the teams based on KPI / Objective to meet the client expectations

- Should have a process improvement mindset.

Skills Required :

- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data in useful information.

- Excellent FNA knowledge, good experience in AP

- Ability to successfully manage ad-hoc requests and deliver requested information to stake holders timely in and high quality.

- Ability to successfully participate and drive projects and deliver high quality output within deadlines.

- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet required deadlines while still delivering high quality.

- Willing to work in Night shifts

Desired profile:

- MBA/M.Com/CA Inter/CWA Inter with at least 2 years experience in leadership position.

- Strong domain knowledge in FNA (AP).

- Proactive and ability to come up with new ideas and improvements of existing processes.

- Self-starter

- High sense of urgency in meeting deadlines
