Career Opportunity to join us in role of Team Leader Customer Service.

The role is responsible for leading, supporting & developing a team of Customer Service Representatives who deliver front line Customer Services and ensure resolution of enquiries.

Who we are looking for

- The ideal candidate will be a person who has strong business, market & customer understanding with a passion to delight the customer through service.

- Is able to effectively develop, manage and coach a team of customer service agents.

- Ensure that everyone understands each other's roles and responsibilities and how they relate to business
results.

- Align team goals with those of the organization.

- Communicate a clear vision of team goals and objectives

- Create an environment in which team members share both risks and rewards

- Focus the team's efforts on both the process and desired outcomes

- Is able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech

- Is able to influence and persuade the customers and handle exception management

Experience:

- Professional Experience around 6+ years in Customer Service preferably with 2-3 years of experience in handling teams

- Professional Experience in Container Shipping preferred

- Has empathy for the customers situation

- Ability to accept change and make the best of a situation
