Role : Project Manager - Operations Transformation

Key Responsibilities :
- The Project Manager, together with the project team, is responsible for planning, executing and implementing improvement cycles of 3 months duration across the liner operations execution organization. The I-cycles are building on Lean principles and aim to standardize the processes, while reducing complexity and making significant reductions in material and information flow lead time, and reduce waste and cost, while improving quality for our customers
- Plan and execute improvement cycles following the cycle methodology
- Engage with impacted/involved stakeholders across Maersk Line
- Through workshops and co-creation, design and document new standard processes
- Implement cycle solutions in the impacted business units
- Manage cycle hypercare period until handover to the business
- Manage benefit realization process and handover to BPO upon project closure
- Manage other operational projects, not following cycle methodology.
- Continuously improve Improvement cycle methodology
- Continuously develop team, and develop pipeline.
